EPI and Guarantees

We prepare electronic transit declarations (EPI) when vehicles with goods enter the customs union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan) through Belarusian border crossings.

Preparing the EPI before the vehicle arrives at the border shortens the waiting time for completing formalities at the border. An electronic copy of the EPI must be delivered no later than 2 hours before the vehicle arrives at the Belarusian border terminal.

Our customs agency in Białystok is located on the route to the border crossings in Kuźnica and Bobrowniki. This location allows us to prepare EPI for our clients in a timely manner before they reach the border terminal.
